MADINA Education
and Welfare Society
established in 1980. MEWS runs
a group of premier institutions that cater to a
multitude of Schooling, diploma, undergraduate and
postgraduate degree programs in Commerce, Engineering,
Management, Pharmacy and Science disciplines.
Global Institute of Engineering and Technology (GLOB)&Global
College of Pharmacy(GBCP) carries forward the principles
and spirit of its founders, There is no Substitute
to good Education.
Global Institute of Engineering and Technology (GLOB)
offers four-year graduate engineering degree program
in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Information
Technology and Civil. Global
College of Pharmacy (GBCP) offers four-year
graduation in B.Pharmacy. The campus is located
just 22km away from the main city of Hyderabad.
Global Institute of Engineering and Technology is
equipped with state of the art facilities providing
the right ambiance with a Roman style spacious building
that ensure the best of teaching, learning and research
engagements. A campus with 1 Mbps Internet lease
line greets any person to stay connected all the
time. The campus is spread in 30 acres campus, with
a built up area of 100000 Sqft with spacious and
good ventilated classrooms and has over 20 labs
for all the requirements of its students. There
are over 300 systems and 4 high end servers. The
Labs are managed by qualified staff to give a firsthand
experience of all the experiments. Well-equipped
and thoughtfully designed laboratories will appease
every individual’s quest for hands-on learning.
The classroom ambiance is comparable to very few.
There is a separate block for the Engineering and
Pharmacy stream. There is also a library and auditorium
block coming up.
Over 1,000sq.ft of well-designed library at Global
Institute of Engineering and Technology space. The
library has reprographic facilities, discussion
rooms, media centre. The library has a rich collection
of both print and digital media. An out-door sports
complex provides the students and faculty to stay
fit. Finally a cafeteria will always ensure that
nobody goes hungry.
We are aware that faculty play a very important
role in building the institution and are the main
asset in the entire process of teaching and research.
In the inception year, the faculty at Global Institute
of Engineering and Technology included highly qualified
staff. Conveyance is provided to students and faculty
with a plan of providing in-campus housing in the
near future.
In our pursuit of excellence, competence centers
are designed in the various disciplines offered
at the institution. These centers will be the conduit
for research related activity involving the industries
and providing exposure to student’s the real-world
problems. There is a fully fledged placement cell
ensuring the professional guidance for their careers.
